ACHIEVING SHARED GOALS IN SERVICE OF OUR STUDENTS In negotiations with SCTA, the district is offering: On top of already providing the highest compensation in the region, the District is offering to pay: 100% of health care coverage for ALL SCTA-represented employees AND their families, AND a raise, AND one-time bonuses, AND additional paid professional development days. 100% PAY INCREASE ONE TIME BONUSES MORE PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT INCREASED PAY FOR SUBSTITUTE TEACHERS PAID COVERAGE 鈥 Ongoing 3% salary increase starting in the 2021-22 school year. .
